Dr. Taylor was thorough and made the diagnosis easy to understand. He also explained “next steps” as well as expectations between this visit and next regarding what I needed to do on my part as it related to my injury.

I am writing this because I have had the worst experience in over 20 years of going to Dr. Graves. I have a knee that needs to be replaced unfortunately I have not been able to take the time off from work and also there have been other problems so I do not have the time or financial means to be out of work. So I go see Dr. James after Dr. Graves retired. To get pain meds refills because he would not fill them with out seeing me. He walked into the room never said hi or ask me how I was doing. He never introduced himself. The first thing he did was say we are getting xrays as I proceeded to tell him that we just did xrays about a month ago that is when he finally looked up at the computer and did oh yeah I see that now. He then said OK well you need your knee replaced I said I know this and tried to explain why I haven't yet. He just interrupted me and said I am not a paun management Dr. I tiled him I know this I just needed a refill because you can not stop taking it not go through withdraws of course he just got up and said when your ready to replace it call us and we will replace it. So I have found a pain management Dr. Who isv treating me now and has come to with other ideas to help the pain. So unfortunately I will not be returning to this practice until they get a Dr that cares a out the patients and not their pocket someone needs to teach Dr. James some bedside manners and get to know his pstients

Dr Brandon is the nicest Dr I have ever met. He has the appearance of a truly caring person. He takes his time answering any questions that you have. I was truly scared of what I went through. I broke my leg real bad and his professional manners really showed through. His staff are 100% perfect in every way. I work for 2 churches and my cries for help were answered when I was guided (by God) to his medical expertise and wonderful staff. If you're really in need of help this is the medical facility that you 100% should use.

Dr Beatty is very attentive to what I tell him in our consultations about my pain level. He offers reliable information when I ask him how to proceed with my treatments. I do concur with the line of treaments he has prescribed.

I had a great first experience with Dr. James. The office runs like a well oiled machine with prompt, courteous service. On-site imaging makes for easier, faster, and more accurate diagnosing. Dr. James took his time with me, explaining every detail. I would highly recommend this practice.
