Every aspect was top notch! Nice to have X-ray on campus so there is no waiting for results. The gentleman nurse was very attentive as when as Dr Graves! I felt I was heard. Examined and explanation also top notch.

Very professional yet warm. Encourages questions, demonstrates with models, describes plan using X ray and other imaging as available. Very easy to talk to. Patient centered. Speaks about pro's and con's giving choices where appropriate.

I have been going to this doctor for 20 years, he replaced both knees in 2005 and I have not had a problem with them since. Since that time he has been involved in other issues such as back and shoulder problems, he has provided me relief and I liked to think of him as my personal life guard. Everyone is very pleasant and helpful. Dr Brotherton is very direct and lets you know what the problem is and gives your options. Then it’s your decision. I like the feeling that after I make the decision all these professionals are there to take care of me.

Dr. Graves is the kindest, most compassionate physician I have ever met in my life. He has replaced both my knee and hip, and he will be performing a second knee replacement in a couple months. The practice is very responsive to patient concerns and reacts lightening fast when you need assistance. This has got to be the most efficiently run practice I’ve ever encountered. The staff is very kind and professional. I have frequented many orthopedic practices, and I can honestly say that Dr. Graves and his staff are by far the best ever. He’s one of a kind, and I’ve been blessed to have him as my surgeon. He is patient and thoroughly explains everything, so that you have the confidence that you are making the right surgical decision. He even sends his patients flowers after their surgical procedure! What other physician do you know takes the time to show their patient this level of kindness? I have been a patient of this practice and Dr. Graves for many years. I highly recommend him and this practice to everyone in need of orthopedic care.

Dr. Beatty was very professional and listened attentively to what I was saying. He showed me my MRI and explained exactly where my problem was located. He gave me my options along with his recommendation and reasoning.
We decided on a treatment and he explained fully the procedure. This gave me the feeling of confidence in his knowledge and abilities and relieve some of my anxiety.
I can give more of a review as we go through the treatment process and results.
