Dr Williams and his staff are professional, kind, caring and very knowledgeable. They treated me as a person, not a number, listening to me about my back issues. And made sure I was comfortable while lying down. At our follow up appointment, Dr Williams asked me how I was doing, and we discussed my thumb which was not going to be better with this procedure. After telling me options we decided for a shot right then, and 2 days later my thumb is 75 per cent better, on the way to 100 per cent in the next day or so. Hooray for Dr. WILLIAMS and his team.
